Several things I have noticed is that the cravings for sweets has decreased a lot and doesn't keep reaching to put something in my mouth. There aresweet changes happening as well as gaining energy and clearer thinking too.

My overall experience was fine but I would have liked more guidelines on how to consume the products i.e with meals or before or after. At bedtime or in the morning. The flavor of the products are ok but I personally find the Tangy Tangerine and the Beyond Osteo fox very, very sweet. I dilute these particular products with a lot of water.
I do, however, feel good taking these supplements and will continue to take them and recommend them.

Shopping experience was a little touch and go, until I receive your letter explaining your products and what they do. I am taking the 90 and sweeteze and just ordered the liquid minerals. I would order the package ones next time when I have used up all of what I have orderd. Jennie
